Please join us to celebrate the 2011-12 season, recognize all of our RAHA players and coaches and remember our alumni, especially Nick!
This event is open to the public so invite your family, friends and neighbors!  The American Legion will serve a pork sandwich lunch from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.   Special activities will include ”Chuck -a-Puck” contests and a Silent Auction for jerseys, Wild autographed pucks, ice fishing supplies, Redwood Speedway passes and much, much more! You will also have the opportunity to purchase the “gold plates” to fill the home ice foundation board! 

Each RAHA team will be highlighted on the ice and the coaches will give a few words of summary about their season and awards for their teams.  The Alumni game will start at approximately 1:45pm.
Remember this is the LAST day of ice for the season!  We do need volunteers to help with the day, please see the sign up sheets posted at the arena.  Silent auction bid sheets will be posted by March 5 so you can begin bidding on items!

Tom Abrahamson was the winner of the $500. The $100 winners were: Jason Zuhlsdorf, Chad Luckhardt, Lyn Rayburn, Janet Bailey, Bev Burman, Doug Steffel, Bob Jacobson, Nancy Pfarr and Rhonda Lyon.

This is the week all raffle tickets need to be turned in, along with money raised! January 15 is the deadline to get tickets and money to your team representatives. The drawing for the $500 top prize and nine other $100 prizes will be January 24.

Hockey coach and former RAHA player
Heather Anderson will help girls learn to skate and learn how to play hockey in a fun environment.

When: 5 to 6 PM at the Redwood Area Community Center Arena
Every Wednesday and Thursday
Starting December 7th and running through January 26th.
Cost: $75/participant with a $125 family max.
A minimum of 10 participants are required to hold the camp.

There will be a team meeting for all Boys High School & JV players and their parents on November 7th at 7:00 at the Community Center.

The Chip Shoppe fundraiser
deadline has been extended to Saturday, October 22.  If you are finished
selling and have met the 50 item requirement, you may drop your order
forms only off (NO MONEY) at the Concession Stand by the hockey arena
at the Community Center anytime October 15-22.  If you still need a packet
or extra order forms, you may pick these up at the Concession Stand as

Try Hockey for Free Event will be Held on two separate
days.  Sunday Oct 23^rd 3-5pm and Saturday Nov 5^th
from 10-11 am (during Mite practice)

Please pass the word to any friends or family that want to
try hockey for a day.  All participants will receive a free USA hockey
jersey for attending this event.   Volunteers are needed to be on ice
coaches, work one on one with new skaters, handle registration and getting kids
dressed as well as concession stand. Please consider volunteering.

Volunteers needed to help run a concession stand at the
Elfin Magic Craft Show on Sunday Nov. 27^th from 10 am – 3pm.
Please call Nancy Hansen 430-0180 if you are interested in picking up volunteer
hours at this event.
